Increasingly more households are therefore looking for an alternative that will be tasty, easy to digest and still festive. One of the best options is plaice – a sea fish with delicate white flesh, minimal bones and a clean flavor without the typical earthiness of freshwater fish.

  • allspice

Method:
Sauté the vegetables briefly, add the spices and a little water. Place the fish on top and simmer until tender.
