1. Creamy pasta with cheese sauce and minced meat
- 300 g penne
- 250 g minced meat
- 200 ml cream
- 1 onion
- salt, pepper, grated cheese
Sauté the onion, add the meat and season. Pour in the cream, stir in the cheese. Mix with the cooked pasta.
2. Spicy linguine with chili oil
- 300 g linguine
- 3 tablespoons chili oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- fresh parsley, parmesan
Fry the garlic in oil, toss in the pasta, sprinkle with herbs and cheese.
3. Pasta with chicken and parmesan
- 250 g penne
- 200 g chicken
- 100 ml cream
- parmesan, salt, pepper
Sauté the chicken, add the cream and mix with the pasta. Sprinkle with cheese.
4. Baked pasta with tomato sauce and mozzarella
- 300 g pasta
- 400 ml tomato passata
- mozzarella, basil, garlic, oregano
Cook the pasta halfway, mix with the sauce, place in a baking dish, top with cheese and bake for 15 minutes.

- 300 g fusilli
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- mozzarella, basil, olive oil
Sauté the tomatoes, add to the pasta and stir in torn mozzarella.
9. Pasta carbonara
- 300 g spaghetti
- 100 g pancetta or bacon
- 2 eggs
- 50 g parmesan
Fry the bacon, toss the pasta with the eggs and cheese off the heat. Add the bacon.
10. Baked pasta with vegetables
- 300 g pasta
- 200 g broccoli
- 150 ml cream
- grated cheese, pepper
Mix the pasta and broccoli, pour in the cream, top with cheese and bake.
