What does quince look and taste like?

Quince is the fruit of the quince tree, a tree originally from southern Europe and Asia Minor. The fruits have an irregular shape, firm flesh and a characteristic aroma.   • 0.5 kg of sugar

Then drain off the juice, heat it and pasteurize the jam. The jam prepared this way can be used not only in tea, but also on bread or pancakes.
