Preparation procedure
- Preparation of the batter: In a bowl, mix the egg, milk and oil. Then add the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder and ground walnuts. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
- Baking: Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Prepare a pan measuring 24×28 cm, line it with baking paper and pour the batter into it. Bake for about 30 minutes, until the cake is golden on top and a skewer inserted comes out dry.
- Cream preparation and decorating: Whip the cream with the powdered sugar until stiff. After the cake has cooled, spread the cream over the surface. Finally, sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
