Preparation procedure
- 1. Batter preparation: In a bowl, mix the beaten eggs, granulated sugar, semi-coarse flour, Granko, oil and baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- 2. Baking: Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 35 to 45 minutes, until the batter is cooked through.
- 3. Soaking and spreading: Drizzle the baked cake with warm sweetened coffee, let it soak in for a while, and then spread with raspberry jam.
- 4. Glaze preparation: Melt the cooking chocolate in the whipping cream. Heat the mixture and then pour it over the batter. Spread evenly.
- 5. Cooling: Let the cake rest in a cool place for 8 to 10 hours so the flavors can meld.
