  • Preheating the oven Preheat the oven to 200 °C (fan 180 °C).
  • Preparing the egg mixture In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Pour in 50 ml of milk and mix.
  • Finishing the filling Stir the finely chopped onion, grated cheese and sliced sausages into the egg mixture. Pour in the remaining 50 ml of milk, salt to taste and add the chopped dill.
  • Filling the bread Place the slices of bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Evenly cover each slice with the egg-cheese mixture.
  • Baking Put into the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the mixture sets nicely and the cheese begins to brown.
