- First, cut off the top of the potatoes.
- Take a small knife and gradually cut slices into the potatoes.
- Score the edges of the potatoes with a knife, but leave a small uncut circle at the bottom. You can measure it, for example, with your thumb. If the cuts are not deep enough, adjust them before continuing.
- Pour olive oil over the potatoes and season with salt.
- Bake at 220 °C for approximately 40 minutes. During baking, occasionally brush the potatoes with olive oil.
- To make the potatoes even more perfect, sprinkle them with cheese and diced bacon.
- Place in the oven for 5 minutes.
