Preparation procedure
- First we wash the potatoes and cut them into slices.
- We place them in a pan and pour water over them. We will cook them until tender.
- In the second step we prepare the garlic spread. We mix the softened butter with the garlic, add pepper and salt.
- Finally we also add the grated Parmesan, but it can of course be another cheese.
- We also add chopped parsley to it.
- To mellow it, we add sour cream.
- We place the cooked potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- We spread our garlic spread over the potatoes.
- We preheat the oven to 225 degrees and leave them in there for approximately 10 – 15 minutes. Of course this is individual and everyone likes these potatoes roasted differently.
