1 cup of milk
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of powdered milk
50 grams of butter
1 tablespoon of water

Preparation procedure

First, in a larger pot, mix the sugar with the water.
Over low heat, stir until the sugar has completely dissolved and begins to turn brown.
Add the butter, stir it and let it melt completely.
Pour in the milk and keep stirring.
Finally, sprinkle the powdered milk into the caramel and stir so that no lumps remain. Cook for about 5 minutes and then remove from the heat.
Let it cool a little and you can pour the caramel into preserving jars.
Store the caramel in the refrigerator.
