  • Add the chopped nuts and the carrot mixture. Stir the batter until uniform.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smooth the surface and bake for 40 minutes. After 30 minutes check with a skewer – if it's dry, the cake is done.
  • Let the cake cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes, then remove it and let it cool completely.
  • If you want a cream, mix the cream cheese with honey or maple syrup and spread it on the cooled cake. Finally, decorate with nuts.
