Ingredients: 1 l milk; 1 glass (170 g) granulated sugar; 3 tablespoons plain flour; 3 tablespoons cornstarch or wheat starch; 2 packets (2×5 g) vanilla sugar; 1 egg yolk; 1 sachet instant coffee (or 2 teaspoons); 1 glass (200 ml) hot water; 75 g powdered whipping cream; 200 ml whipping cream; 2 packs of BeBe cocoa biscuits; 200 ml whipping cream; 60 g dark chocolate

Pudding preparation: In a saucepan, mix the milk with the sugar, flour, starch and the egg yolk. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the pudding thickens. Stir in the vanilla sugar, transfer to a bowl, cover with cling film and let cool.

Coffee bath: Dissolve the instant coffee in the hot water and let it cool slightly.

Whipped cream: Whisk the powdered whipping cream into the cooled pudding and then gradually add the whipping cream until you obtain a fluffy cream.

Layering: Briefly dip the BeBe biscuits in the coffee bath and place them side by side in the pan. Cover with a layer of cream and repeat alternating biscuits and cream until the ingredients are used up.
