- We peel the potatoes, cook until soft and mash into a uniform mass
- We cut the bacon into small cubes
- We finely chop the parsley
- Thoroughly mix the bacon, parsley and sour cream into the potatoes, and season with salt and pepper to taste
- Cut the cheese into approximately 5–6 cm long blocks
- From the mixture form small patties, place the cheese in the center and wrap them
- Then coat the sticks in plain flour
- Finally in beaten egg and breadcrumbs
