Sponge:
- 1.5 dl milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- pinch of salt
- cube of fresh yeast
- Oil for frying
- Add the yeast, sugar and a pinch of salt to lukewarm milk, stir, sprinkle with a little semi-coarse flour, stir and let it froth for 5–10 min.
- Sift the flour into a separate bowl, add the sponge, lukewarm milk, oil, baking soda, sour cream and mix.
- Finally add the salt as well, mix into a uniform dough and dust it with flour.
- Let it rise at room temperature for 15–20 minutes and then put it in the fridge to rise for 4–6 hours.
- With oiled hands, take pieces of dough and shape individual langoshes, which you then fry in oil on both sides as usual.
