- Place the finished dough in a warm place for 1 – 1.5 hours so the dough doubles in size.
- Then press the dough with your fist back to the bottom of the bowl and let it rise for another 30-45 minutes.
- Divide the dough into two parts and roll each into a circle 1 cm thick.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dough on it.
- Now start preparing the mixture- finely chopped fresh dill mixed with the quark, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Grate the hard cheese and cut the chicken breasts into smaller pieces.
- Sprinkle the pizza dough with semolina, this ensures the dough does not become soggy.
- Add the quark mixture, the chicken breasts and sprinkle everything with the grated cheese.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until golden at 200 ° C.
