Preparation procedure

  • Preparation of the zucchini Wash the zucchini and cut into rounds about 0.5–1 cm thick. You don't need to trim the edges diagonally; a straight cut is fine. Arrange the rounds on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in a single layer.
  • Garlic sour cream Mix the sour cream with the pressed garlic and a pinch of salt. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
  • Assembly and baking Spread the garlic sour cream over each zucchini round and sprinkle with a generous layer of Parmesan. If using herbs, you can mix them into the cheese or sprinkle them over the finished round.
