Ingredients

300 g granulated sugar (or 80 g sweetener 1:4)

Preparation procedure

  • Preparation of the plums and the pan Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease and dust the pan. Pit the plums, mix them with cinnamon and a little sugar.
  • Batter Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy. Whisk in the lukewarm melted butter. Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa into a bowl, and gently fold the dry mixture into the eggs. If the batter is too thick, add 2–3 tablespoons of milk or water.
