Ingredients

500 ml whipping cream
500 ml milk
2 packets instant vanilla pudding (no-cook, e.g., Creme Olé)
2 packets vanilla sugar / 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 tablespoons granulated sugar
Cookies to cover the bottom of the pan (e.g., Bebe) – pan size 20 x 30 cm
Milk for soaking the cookies
Grated chocolate for decorating

Preparation procedure

Preparation of the cream: First, whip the cream until stiff.
Pudding cream: In another large bowl, whisk the milk with the special no-cook pudding mix, vanilla sugar and granulated sugar. Then combine the pudding mixture with the whipped cream and beat until you obtain a fluffy cream. The longer you beat, the fluffier it will be.
Preparing the pan: Dip the cookies in milk and arrange them to cover the bottom of a 20 x 30 cm pan.
Finishing the cake: Pour the whipped cream over the prepared cookies and smooth the surface nicely. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and place the cake in the refrigerator, leaving it to set before serving.
