The crisp dough with a nut inside, dark chocolate and delicate coconut create a delicious combination that never disappoints. These cookies are simple, manageable even for beginners and ideal for pre-Christmas baking in a family atmosphere.

Ingredients

350 g plain flour
50 g granulated sugar (can be cane sugar)
200 g butter
1 egg
whole almonds or other nuts for filling
dark chocolate for dipping
butter for the chocolate

Preparation procedure

Dough: From the flour, sugar, egg and softened butter, work into a smooth dough. Let it rest briefly in the fridge.
