  • Dough: From the flour, sugar, egg and softened butter, work into a smooth dough. Let it rest briefly in the fridge.
  • Shaping: Form balls from the dough, place an almond or other nut in the center and shape into a small hedgehog-like form with a point like a little snout.
  • Baking: Arrange the hedgehogs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 170 °C for about 30 minutes.
