  • Dough preparation Into a large bowl, add the flour, salt and sugar. Add the dry yeast (or fresh yeast dissolved in a little water) and pour in the warm water. Stir with a wooden spoon or by hand until a soft, cohesive dough forms.
  • Adding the oil Add the oil to the almost-finished dough and briefly work it in. Do not knead the dough – just mix so the ingredients come together.
