If you love cheesecake, this Nutella one will be an absolute hit for you! Preparation is simple, but the result is fantastic – a delicate quark cream, a delicious topping and a crunchy crust. This cheesecake will become your favorite sweet treat and you’ll definitely bake it regularly!

Preparation procedure
- Preparation of the crust: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the filling from the cookies and crush the cookies. Add the melted butter and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly into a 26 cm diameter pan, smooth it with a spoon and bake for 13-15 minutes. Then remove from the oven and let cool.
- Preparation of the quark mixture: Lower the oven temperature to 150°C. In a bowl, mix the sugar and potato starch. In a large bowl, mix 1 kg quark and 3/4 of the cream until smooth. Gradually add the sugar with the starch and mix well. Then add the vanilla extract and gradually fold in the eggs.
- Preparing the Nutella layer: Fold 1/3 of the quark mixture into another bowl and add 2 teaspoons of Nutella and 1 teaspoon of cream. Mix.
- Assembling the cheesecake: Pour 2/3 of the quark mixture over the crust, then carefully pour a third of the Nutella mixture.
- Bake the cheesecake for 45-55 minutes at 150°C. Then turn off the oven, but leave the cheesecake in the oven for another hour to stabilize.
- Carefully remove the cheesecake from the pan and let it cool to room temperature.
- In a small saucepan, heat the cream and add the Nutella. Stir until everything combines.
- Pour the topping over the cheesecake, cover with foil and let it chill in the refrigerator overnight. For extra flavor, you can sprinkle the cheesecake with chopped hazelnuts.
