Preparation procedure
- Thoroughly wash and dry the vegetables.
- Then cut into pieces – transfer everything together to a pot and add the dressing ingredients ( 250 ml oil, 6 tablespoons granulated sugar, 6 tablespoons salt) except for the vinegar.
- Stir and let rest for 3-4 hours – the vegetables will release their juice.
- Then transfer to the heat, bring to a boil, add the vinegar and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Immediately fill into sterilized jars, turn them upside down and wrap in a blanket.
- Let cool completely.
