  • Preparation of the cream: In a bowl, mix the low-fat cream or yogurt with the vanilla extract.
  • Gelatin: Soak the gelatin according to the instructions on the package. Then add it to the milk and egg yolk mixture and mix thoroughly. Let cool to room temperature
  • Finishing: Add the cream to the cooled mixture and mix well again. Pour into a bowl and place in the refrigerator until set.
