Preparation procedure

  • Preparation of the strawberry mixture Hull 500 g of strawberries, place them in a bowl and add the powdered sugar, lemon juice, grated zest and liqueur. Puree everything with an immersion blender. Pour into a saucepan, bring to a boil and add the corn starch. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Let cool.
  • Preparing the cream Whip the cream until stiff. In another bowl, mix the mascarpone, strawberry yogurt, sugar and a pinch of salt into a smooth cream. Finally fold in the whipped cream and finely chopped strawberries.

  • Chilling and decoration Decorate the dessert with fresh strawberries. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
