- Making the batter: Beat the eggs together with the powdered sugar until foamy.
- Mixing the ingredients: Add the cream, vanilla sugar, baking powder and flour to this mixture. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Preparing the pan: Grease the bundt pan and dust it with flour or breadcrumbs.
- Pouring the batter: 1/2 of the batter — pour into the pan. Stir a tablespoon of cocoa into the remaining batter and then layer the dark batter over the light one.
- Baking: Place the pan with the batter into a preheated oven and bake at 180 °C for approximately 35 minutes.
