Preparation procedure

Dough preparation (10 min + 20 min baking) Preheat the oven to 160–170 °C. Beat the egg yolks with the oil and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the sifted flour with cocoa and baking powder. Whip the egg whites into stiff peaks and gently fold them into the batter. Pour onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake 20 min, until the cake is springy to the touch.
Cream preparation (15 min) In a bowl, mix the quark with softened butter, vanilla sugars, lemon juice, sugar and rum. Whip the cream into stiff whipped cream (optionally add stabilizer). Gently fold into the quark mixture until a smooth cream forms.
