  • Glaze preparation (5 min) In a small saucepan, melt the butter, milk and broken chocolate into a smooth mixture. Let it cool slightly and pour over the cream.
  • Finishing and cutting Let the slices set in the fridge for at least 2 hours (ideally overnight). Cut into squares about 5 cm on each side.
