Preparation procedure

  • Preparation of the light cream: Cook a thick pudding from 1,5 l of milk, 5 packs of vanilla pudding and 200 g of sugar. Let it cool. Beat the butter until fluffy and mix it with the cooled pudding.
  • Preparation of the chocolate cream: From 1 l of milk, 3 packs of chocolate pudding and 100 g of sugar, cook a thick pudding. After it cools, beat it with butter until smooth.
  • Assembling the cake: Lightly soak the cocoa biscuits in milk and crush them to form a mass. Press this into the bottom of the pan. Layer half of the light cream and place the chocolate sponge biscuits with the gelatin side up. Add the second half of the light cream and arrange the round sponge biscuits. Spread the chocolate cream on top and smooth.
  • Decoration: Whip the cream together with Smeta Fix until stiff. Decorate the cake according to your imagination. Let the cake set in the refrigerator.
