  • Preparing the cream sauce Pour the cream and milk over the vegetables. Bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in the Parmesan. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes to thicken slightly.
  • Combining all ingredients Return the browned pieces of chicken to the sauce and add the drained pasta. Gently toss so all ingredients combine and the pasta is coated in the creamy sauce.
  • Serving Divide among plates, sprinkle with chopped parsley and, if desired, add a little extra Parmesan.
