- First, preheat the oven to 185 degrees. Blend the tofu with a mixer until smooth. Mix the flour with the baking powder
- In a second bowl, mix the water and olive oil. Add the cane sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the blended tofu to this mixture and fold in gently. Add the flour and gently mix again.
- Pour the batter into a cake pan (lined with baking paper) and bake for 30 minutes at 185 degrees.
- After cooling, slice it twice.
- Next comes the preparation of the quark filling
- Mix two packets of very smooth quark with vanilla sugar to taste.
- If you want a healthier option, use agave syrup, stevia, or molasses instead of sugar.
- The filling should be sweet.
- Spread this filling on the first sliced cake layer.
- Reserve about 3 tablespoons for the top layer, which will be spread and decorated with grated chocolate.
- Preparation of the pineapple filling: (2 packets of Zlatý klas, 1 pineapple compote, 50 g sugar, juice of 1 lemon)
- Separate the juice from the pineapple in the compote.
- Add water or milk to the pineapple juice so that the total liquid equals 800 ml.
- Put 650 ml of the liquid into a saucepan, add the sugar and lemon juice, and bring to a boil.
- Meanwhile, put 2 packets of Zlatý klas into the remaining 150 ml of liquid, mix well, and pour it into the saucepan along with the chopped pieces of pineapple.
- Stir well. You will get a pineapple pudding.
- Taste it and add more sugar if it seems not sweet enough. However, remember it should taste slightly tart to stay fresh.
- Let it boil for a minute and then remove from the stove.
- After cooling, spread it on the second layer (the sides of the cake), cover with the third layer, spread the reserved remainder of the quark cream on it, and decorate with grated chocolate.
