Preparation procedure
- Pudding: Cook the pudding according to the instructions and let it cool.
- Preparing the batter: Beat the egg yolks with the powdered sugar and the vanilla sugar. Add the oil, water and flour mixed with the baking powder. Finally, gently fold in the whipped egg whites and mix thoroughly. Pour the batter onto a greased and floured baking tray.
- Baking the batter: Bake the batter in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes (or until golden).
- Pudding on the batter: When the pudding has cooled, use a spoon to evenly spread small dollops of pudding over the batter. Return the tray to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
