Prepare this sweet classic at home simply, quickly and without unnecessary effort.

Dough:

100 g ground nuts
100 g powdered sugar
1 egg
1 heaped tablespoon plain flour

Cream (optional):

butter (as needed)
salko (condensed milk)
melted chocolate

Preparation procedure

Dough preparation: Whisk the powdered sugar with the egg into a smooth foam. Add the ground nuts and flour. Mix everything thoroughly into a thick mass suitable for forming crescents.
Shaping the crescents: Put the prepared dough into a bag with a plain tip and shape crescents onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for approximately 10 minutes. Do not bake too long so the crescents do not lose their crispness.
