Preparation procedure

  • Dough preparation: Whisk the powdered sugar with the egg into a smooth foam. Add the ground nuts and flour. Mix everything thoroughly into a thick mass suitable for forming crescents.
  • Shaping the crescents: Put the prepared dough into a bag with a plain tip and shape crescents onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for approximately 10 minutes. Do not bake too long so the crescents do not lose their crispness.
  • Cream: Mix the butter with salko (condensed milk) and melted chocolate to taste. Adjust the consistency as needed so the cream spreads well or can be piped into a piping bag.
  • Decoration: Dip the cooled crescents into chocolate with pieces of Omega. Let them set in a cool place.

Total preparation time: approx. 45 minutes

Number of servings: approx. 25 crescents
