- Preparing the potatoes: Thoroughly wash the potatoes under running water and prick them with a fork so they don't burst during baking. Salt them and spread them on a baking sheet greased with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 45 minutes, until golden and tender.
