Not only does it cleanse the intestines like a broom, but it also helps improve the quality of hair, nails and skin. What exactly are yeast and why are they so effective?

Yeast, also known as yeast, are not just an ordinary baking ingredient. In fact, they are living microorganisms, specifically the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which belong to single-celled fungi. Ingredients:

  • half a cube of yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2–3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

Procedure: Fry the crushed yeast in oil until it stops foaming. Let cool, add the egg, salt, pressed garlic and breadcrumbs – form a semi-firm dough. Press through a dumpling maker into boiling soup. Once the dumplings float, cook them for about another minute.
