Preparation procedure

  • Preparing the batter: In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the oil and then the milk. Sift the flour mixed with the baking powder, cocoa and cinnamon into the mixture. Gently fold to keep the batter airy.
  • Preparing the filling: In another bowl, mix the curd, sugar, vanilla sugar, pudding powder and milk. Stir until smooth to create a creamy consistency.
  • Layering in the pan: Grease a bundt pan (capacity approx. 1.5 l) well with fat and dust with flour. Pour in about a third of the cocoa batter. Spread half of the curd filling over the batter. Add another third of the batter, the rest of the filling and finally the last portion of batter.
  • Baking: Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection 160 °C). Place the pan in the oven and bake for 40–45 minutes. After baking, let the bundt cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully invert it onto a rack and let it cool completely.
