Ingredients

300 g butter (ideally with a fat content of 82.5%)
160 g granulated sugar
4 tablespoons boiling water
150 g sweetened condensed milk (Salko)
1 tablespoon of good-quality cognac (can be omitted or replaced with flavoring)

Preparation procedure

Put the sugar into a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Stir until it dissolves. Let it cool slightly.
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until fluffy.
Gradually beat the dissolved sugar with the water into the butter.
Next, slowly add the condensed milk (Salko) and continue whisking so the cream is smooth and silky.
Finally, beat in the cognac, which gives the cream a gentle flavor and aroma (optional).
The cream is ready — prepared for filling cakes, roulades, pastries, or as a base for dessert jars with fruit and sponge biscuits.
