Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes, until the batter is golden and cooked through.
  • Preparing the strawberry jam: Cut the strawberries into smaller pieces, mix them with the sugar and water and cook until the strawberries break down. Dissolve the cornstarch in 50 ml of water and stir it into the strawberry mixture to thicken the jam. Add the dissolved gelatin in 60 ml of water, mix well and let it set in the refrigerator.
  • Preparing the cream: Whip the cream cheese with the sugar and cream until smooth. Finally, add the grated white chocolate and gently mix again so the chocolate is evenly distributed.
  • Finishing the cake: Spread a layer of strawberry jam on the baked and cooled dough and let it set. Then add a layer of cream, smooth the surface gently and sprinkle with grated white chocolate.
  • Chilling: Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours so that all the layers meld and the flavors fully develop.
