The combination of creamy filling, raspberries and coconut creates a perfect balance of sweetness and light freshness. These balls are ideal as a quick dessert, a small treat for guests or a modern alternative to traditional cookies.

Preparation procedure

  • Preparing the cream mixture Mix the mascarpone with the vanilla sugar. Add the melted white chocolate and stir until smooth, thick cream. Fold in 60 g of coconut.
  • Adding the raspberries Gently fold the raspberries into the mixture. If they are too soft, fold them in lightly so the mixture doesn't thin out.
  • Shaping the balls Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to firm up slightly. Then use a spoon to portion out and shape small balls.
  • Coating Coat the finished balls in grated coconut. You can also add a few chopped nuts or almonds for a delicate texture.
  • Chilling Place the balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour so they firm up nicely and the flavors meld.
